Shipping policy
At Zigzag Beauty and Skincare, we work with reliable shipping partners to deliver your beauty and personal care essentials quickly and safely, both locally and internationally.

1. Overview
We offer domestic and international shipping with trusted carriers. Local orders are fulfilled via regional delivery partners, while international orders are handled through DHL and Aramex, with delivery timelines adapted to each region.
2. Shipping Regions
We currently ship to the following regions:
- Domestic orders : (Lebanon) Delivered using local shipping carriers.ย
- International orders: Middle East, Europe, and North America.
Restrictions:
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain areas.
- Currently, shipping to Saudi Arabia is not available, but could become available soon
- Domestic shipping fees are the same all over Lebanon.
- Same day delivery is available to Saida region including, Jezzine, Rmaili, Ghazeyyi, jeyyi, with no extra fee.
3. Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier operations.
- Local (domestic) orders: Estimated delivery time is 1โ3 days after dispatch.
- International orders: Estimated delivery time is 5โ10 days after dispatch.
- These timeframes are in addition to order processing time (see the next section). Actual delivery times may be longer during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to customs inspection and clearance.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Shipping fees depend on the destination and the details of your order.
- Local (domestic) shipping fees: 4$ Regardless of the size and weight
- International shipping fees: International shipping fees are calculated based on package weight and dimensions.
- Free shipping: Free shipping domestically for orders above 30$
- Dynamic pricing: No
- Any applicable shipping cost will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
5. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we prepare your items for shipment.
- Standard processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1โ3 business days.
- Business Days are Monday to Fridayย
- During promotions, sales, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.
6. Shipping Partners & Tracking
We partner with reputable couriers to deliver your order reliably:
- Domestic orders: Aramex and Wakilni
- International orders: Shipped via DHL or Aramex.
7. Failed Deliveries & Re-delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your order (for example, if no one is available at the address or the address is incomplete), their standard re-delivery or pickup procedures will apply.
- 2-3 attempts within 3 business days
- The order will be returned back to our side after 2 failed delivery attempts
- If the attempts were clear and the customer did not comply proprly, a re-delivery fee of 4$ will be appliedย
