• Product prices are generally displayed in US dollars (USD).
• Prices may change at any time without prior notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.

• Approved refunds are issued as store credit in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
• Cash or direct card refunds are not generally provided, unless required by applicable law.
• A restocking fee of 5 USD may apply to returns, as detailed in the Return & Refund Policy.

4. Product Information & Availability

• We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details on our website are accurate and up to date. However, minor differences (such as packaging updates or shade variations) may occur.
• We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the website are error-free, complete, or current at all times. If a product you receive is significantly different from its description, please contact us in line with our Return & Refund Policy.
• All products are offered subject to availability. Stock levels can change without notice, and we may limit quantities per order, per account, or per customer.
• We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping is handled according to our Shipping Policy.

• We ship both domestically and internationally, using local shipping carriers for domestic orders and DHL or Aramex for international orders.
• We currently ship to regions including the Middle East, Europe, and North America, subject to shipping restrictions.
• Estimated delivery timeframes are:
  • Local orders: typically delivered within 1–3 days after dispatch.
  • International orders: typically delivered within 3–10 days after dispatch.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain areas.
• Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs processing, courier operations, high demand periods, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy describes when and how products can be returned.

• Customers must request a return within 24 hours according to our Return & Refund Policy.
• Approved returns are generally refunded as store credit, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (both domestic and international), unless the return is due to a clear mistake from our side.
• A restocking fee of 5 USD may be applied to returns, as specified in the Return & Refund Policy.
• Some items cannot be returned, including customized items, perishable goods, and gift cards, and other categories defined in the policy.
• Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.

7. Promotions, Discounts & Coupons

• From time to time, we may offer promotions, discount codes, bundles, or special offers on selected products or categories.
• Promotional offers are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer (such as validity dates, eligible products, or minimum order value).
• Promotions cannot usually be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly stated.
