  • We ship both domestically and internationally, using local shipping carriers for domestic orders and DHL or Aramex for international orders.
  • We currently ship to regions including the Middle East, Europe, and North America, subject to shipping restrictions.
  • Estimated delivery timeframes are:
    • Local orders: typically delivered within 1–3 days after dispatch.
    • International orders: typically delivered within 3–10 days after dispatch.
  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes in certain areas.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates only. Delays can occur due to customs processing, courier operations, high demand periods, or events outside our control.

6. Returns & Refunds

Our Return & Refund Policy describes when and how products can be returned.

  • Customers must request a return within 24 hours according to our Return & Refund Policy.
  • Approved returns are generally refunded as store credit, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (both domestic and international), unless the return is due to a clear mistake from our side.
  • A restocking fee of 5 USD may be applied to returns, as specified in the Return & Refund Policy.
  • Some items cannot be returned, including customized items, perishable goods, and gift cards, and other categories defined in the policy.
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order, as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
